Tattoo license needed in Florida.
A tattoo license will be needed in Florida in 2012 for tattoo studios and for the tattoo artists. Artist will have to take a course and pass blood test. The new law forbids tattooing minors (16 or older need parents approval). Studio must maintain sanitary conditions and will be checked once a year... full article.

Not allowed to have a tattoo for a liquor enforcement trainee in Pennsylvania.
SCRANTON, Pa. (CN) - A federal judge put the kibosh on a lawsuit from a would-be liquor control officer who said the Pennsylvania State Police's unconstitutional anti-tattoo policy prevented him from getting the job.
Granting summary judgment for the police, U.S. District Judge A. Richard Caputo approved the agency's tattoo policy, which bars workers from sporting ink that is "inappropriate; demean[s] the image or reputation of the PSP; or prevent[s] undercover work."
Plaintiff Ronald Scavone challenged that policy in an August 2009 complaint, asking that "the court declare the invasive tattoo removal policy unconstitutional." He claimed his First Amendment rights were violated when he was denied the job.
Scavone claimed he "successful[ly] completed the selection process and background check to be employed" with PSP as a liquor enforcement officer trainee, but "was not hired in the position because of ... a violation of his constitutional rights that he must physically alter his body by way of having a tattoo removed to be allowed employment with the government."
He claimed that the outcome of his complaint "will answer the question of whether the government can require you to physically alter your body in exchange for employment."
Judge Caputo said that the government can. He found that Scavone's failure to remove his "jester" tattoo was a legitimate bar to his employment.
"The tattoo policy rationally related to the PSP's legitimate interest in its image and reputation as well as the safety of its officers," Caputo ruled.
"Furthermore, LEOs [liquor enforcement officers] do mostly undercover investigations. A tattoo makes them readily identifiable, inhibiting their ability to do their job."

Drake Tattoo on the forehead- Bizarre Tattoo
How about a Drake tattoo on your forehead... Drake is a rap hip-hop artist with questionable talent. Look at that girl who got the name Drake in big letters on her forehead .What will happen with this tattoo in 10 or 20 years... your life will change . Will Drake still be around ? How can we approve a tattoo like that? I feel sorry for that girl.She is going to have a few minutes of fame but she will have to live with this tattoo on a daily basis. Think before you ink. Laser Tattoo removal exist but leaves minors scars and cost money and pain...

who is Rick Genest aka Zombie Boy ?
Rick Genest aka “ Zombie Boy “is born in Chateauguay a suburb on the south -shore of Montreal.
He is the one that you can see all over the internet and on TV.
The one who is tattooed on all his body based on a living dead theme.
His face tattooed as a skeleton with a see thru skull on the top of his head.
He has been featuring in Lady Gaga’s video “Born This Way” .This video has millions of hits on YouTube. You can see Lady Gaga with a makeup that looks like him.
In his case he wasn’t born this way.
He has lived for a long time as a squeegee in the streets of Montreal, where he accumulates $10,000 of city fines.
He started his body art adventure at the age of 16 where he got his first tattoo. It’s at the age of 19 that he started his complete transformation.
He had invested more than $15000 in tattoo sessions. He had to beg money for a long time to pay for that. Maybe if you live in Montreal you have contributed him to become a worldwide success by giving him a dollar.
It took him six years to complete the whole project and has been true to his tattoo artist Frank Lewis who did the majority of the work.
Frank describes him as polite, a quiet punk, a little anti-social. I would call the word anti-social an understatement.
Zombie Boy said that 80% of his work is done. Still some shading needs to be done.
He also participated in a fashion show from Thierry Mugler where he models for the designer.
Some people would think of him as a freak, I think that he is a living piece of art. Either you like or dislike it is a matter of personal taste but nobody is indifferent to him.
He is also featured in the Dermablend TV commercial. It’s a powerful piece of advertisement.
You can see what would Rick Genest look without tattoos. It’s very impressive and I suggest if you haven’t seen it already that you go watch the Dermablend commercial on You Tube.
His parents Catheryne Chappelle and his father is Rock Genest are proud of his success.
Another interesting fact about Rick Genest is that he holds the Guinness World Record of the most insects tattooed on a single body (178) and the record of the most bones tattooed (138).
Rico the zombie is also a big fan of Tim Burton’s work, and he is a big fan of horror movie. That is not very surprising…
I think we are just starting to hear about Rick Genest.
He’s going to appear in movies and all over the medias.
From the streets of Montreal to Lady Gaga’s video ,TV, Movies and the catwalk in 6 months . Sometime success comes fast.
A very different kind of star is born…
